At the moment the company offers connoisseurs worldwide four varieties of Pepper products : Dehydrated Green Pepper or DGP, Green Pepper in Brine, Red Pepper in Brine, White Pepper besides Robusta Coffee. Allkoshys Allspices is the largest producer of Dehydrated Green Pepper in the world. Produced at the advanced automated plant hygienically packed and untouched by human hands throughout the various processing stages, they have a long shelf life and retains in entirety their garden freshness and alluring aromas. DEHYDRATED GREEN PEPPER (DGP) (Sterilised) Prepared from fresh tender pepper under strictly controlled conditions. When placed in warm water it reconstitutes into raw green pepper in appearance. Discoloured corns below 2% and free of insect infected corns, excreta, mould growth etc. Moisture content-below 10% w/w, Oil content-3% (minimum) and piperine content -7% (minimum). An ideal garnishing agent. Packing : 10 kgs. packed in poly bags, placed in strong 5 ply cartons and labeled to customer specifications. GREEN PEPPER IN BRINE Uniform tender berries in brine of 14% concentration. Light green in colour and free of insect infected corns, excreta, mould growth etc. Discoloured corns below 2%. A store house of aroma and flavour. Packing : Goods can be packed from 10 kg jerry cans to 165 kg barrels and labled to customer specifications. Shipments can be made on basis of various combinations as per needs of the customer. RED PEPPER IN BRINE (RPB) & RED PEPPER DRIED Red Pepper in Brine Red corns in 14% concentration. Uniform in colour and free of insect infected corns, excreta, mould growth etc. Processed in hygenic conditions to keep intact the flavour and colour charecteristics of red pepper. The most pungent form of pepper and easily the most appealing form of pepper, packed to customer specifications. Red Pepper Dried Red peppercorns dried under controlled conditions to retain the rich red colour and flavour properties. An ideal decoration and garnishing agent. WHITE PEPPER Matured corns dried after removing their skins by a self developed unique process causing least damage to pepper corns under hygienic conditions. An excellent and common garnish agent. Packing is done to customer specifications. ROBUSTA COFFEE Premium quality Coffee beans, specially selected from our plantations, dried, hulled and cleaned as plantation product of high quality with moisture level below 12%. Packing as per customer specifications.
